At least Islam has charity as one of its pillars.
Look at the decalogue for a really great example of this: 1/2/3) do what the rich people tell you 4) Work all week long , then listen to the rich people’s commands 5) Youngsters, don’t get any ideas about changing things 6) Don’t kill (expect for the enemies of us rich people, which will be revealed to you from time to time 7) don’t attempt to interrupt the production of legitimate heirs 8/10) don’t steal from them (or even wish you could have what they have 9) No false witnesses. To round out the available sins, we get not ‘be kind’ but make no graven image (?!?)

“Patriarchal power” this religious preoccupation does more all by itself to undermine the masculine nature of men than anything I can think of.
The pope with his phallic cap and long fancy robe is quite the dandy. I can’t imagine the twisted rituals that go on behind Vatican doors.
