There can be no truer statement. If you have actually read the bible and still are a theist, you are deluding yourself.

. . . or you have an inadequate assembly of good working neuron circuits in the brain.
Pure common sense is enough to spot most of the deficiencies in the bible’s utterances, to say nothing of its manifest falsehoods.
