The difference between one who has the comfort of something to follow this life (be it reward or punishment) is that when he ends another’s, it only sends them to God for judgement. For those of us without such comfort, it becomes the worst sin one can commit, as it sends the other into non-existence. Hence my perpetual opposition to capital punishment.
