    Christians haven’t changed their view on science much in the last 2,000 years (other then when it comes to medicine). Belief and faith substitutes as knowledge for most Christians and nothing (including direct evidence) will change their minds.

    The most amazing aspect of science hatred and denial by xians is the effort they put into countering scientific evidence with their “reasoned” proofs of the existence of some kind of god. The “fine tuning” argument being the most spectacularly stupid example of which I am aware.

    The most insidious is their insistence on including their silly circular arguments for intelligent design in a science class under a guise of promoting free speech and tolerance of differing opinions – despite the fact that those opinions are not scientific in formulation or expression.
