“What has atheism done for science? Well, let’s see: it removed the risk of scientists being burned at the stake for controverting the divinely revealed truth… It removed the necessity of having to distort observations, facts, experimental results and observations to fit an antecedent doctrine… In short, it liberated the mind and enquiries of mankind.

  1. Brian Delrosario Says:

Science and atheism are one and the same. If it’s science, then it’s testable and fruitful (among other criteria). Religion dares not give itself to testability nor does it produce any technological advancements. Atheism encourages doubt and reasonable certainty over blind acceptance. Therefore, atheism and science are the same discipline. What do you think?

  2. John Says:

I think that Atheism is the true breath of fresh air that explains away the closed mindedness and forced oppressions from the religions of the Dark Ages. It is so fresh an idea that just 100 years ago, I would be put to death for just saying so…

With Science you start with a question and seek the answer; with creation science you start with the answer and create the question. Like the Doobie Brothers say; “What a fool believes…”
