“The Catholic priests who did help the Nazis, did so in a big way. They turned more than a blind eye to the criminal pasts of those they helped, and it is fair to say that without the assistance of such priests, the Nazis could never have fled Europe in such vast numbers.”

Wow. I’m really surprised. I never thought this would have happened. It has caught me so off-guard. So maybe when Adolph had belt buckles for the troops emblazoned with the words “God is with us” the belt buckles had been blessed by the Catholic priests? How exactly did that blessing take place? Was it an oral blessing, you know on the knees?

  4. CaptainZero Says:

To address their complicity more directly: They didn’t simply assist war criminals that were fleeing the scene of their atrocities, they also participated in those atrocities. Catholic churches, at the direction of the pope, turned over their membership roles to the Nazis so that the Nazis could by subtraction identify non-catholics also known as suspected jews. And now a member of the Hitler Youth runs that criminal enterprise. Surprised? Not at all. This former catholic has been to the Vatican and seen first hand the opulent power such actions are meant to protect. The cynicism of it all just sickens me.

    Well put Cap’n!

Atheist MC, I’m sure your doctor can help with that, although it might take some minor surgery. Opps, sorry, you said rapture not rupture…

As to the blessing of the buckles, I’m sorry, but the only blessing I can figure out that those buckles received is that given by a 50 to 70 ton stamping press. As to the soldiers themselves, I’m sure more than a few received such oral blessings, but given the history, it they were probably too young for military service at the time they received them. BTW, the protestants didn’t exactly cover themselves with glory, either, although more than a few manned the internal German resistance. Mostly, however, their resistance was to the Nazi interference with internal church affairs. Same old, same old, really – we’ll do what you want us to, as long as you leave us alone.

we get this tv channel on cable called EWTV

which stands for ” eternal word TV ” ………and

as you might suspect, it’s 24/7 religious stuff.

    lotsa laffs…..especially my 2 favorites : a little

talk show hosted by catholic priests, and this

other pile of crap which is a buncha nuns, led by

this VERY elderly sister, who, for a solid half-

hour repeat the “hail mary”…………..it is

i bring this stuff up only as a couple of mild

examples of catholic lunacy. it just floors

me that anyone can take these wonks

    seriously !!!

it is simply no stretch to think of them in bed

with the Nazis……… i mean these people will

do ANYTHING to protect themselves and their

    global influence. and the brain-washing

kinda works. you’ve got priests running

    around almost openly buggering kids…….

and the catholics have barely had to call in

    damage control !!!!

and in spite of their centuries-long screwing

around they can STILL claim a staggering

    number of the “faithful”…………UnReal !!!

one more thing…….EWTV also runs this show

called “thru the bible with Les Feldick”…….

which is PRICELESS !! i try to catch it

    when i can.

R j I’ve seen it and agree it really challenges a persons sense of humanity that anyone would sit in front of it and be mumbling hail mary nonsense.

I’ve often wondered how could humanity stoop so very low and then it hits me. Nonsense is being blasted in front of people from their earliest days. Spongebob Squarepants, Angelina Ballerina, Caillou, Blues Cllues, and any number of mind numbing, short attention span, flashing screens and stacato sounds ruining whatever hope a child has of thinking.

Try and think about that old hagatha nun rambling like lunatic in the context of guiding a child. It is striking how it meshes with the imbecile children’s television that exists today.

Wow, Sinjin. What an enormous load of improvable assertions these “theologians” spew. Why would any intelligent person do this? Let’s test whether or not you can assert something into reality: All frequenters of this site are fabulously wealthy and impossibly good looking.

    Damn! Only 50% success rate.
