But since it was a member of a UN agency, doesn’t that mean that it comes with black helicopters, suspension of the first and second amendments, and Obamacare?

Jeff,
The Philosophy of Liberty is not something that I own or lay claim to being some sort of final verdict on society and how it should live or be. It is to me a guide at best and an interesting one at that. I’m sure we could point out many things the video doesn’t address but that wasn’t my point in sharing it. As in physics we haven’t arrived at anything in absolute terms even today and sharing this wasn’t meant to suggest it is absolute in anything.
If I were to address the difference in societies as a boundary value problem, and I’m not sure why I’d take a philosophical question in a mathematical direction, I’d say that I’m setting the boudaries wider than you are and you don’t don’t like that. That the system governed, human interaction/societies, works under the Philosophy of Liberty in or out of common property matter, but agreed not in a mixed system where the rules favored some over others.
I’ll gladly and freely admit that people are disadvantaged, disenfranchised, and generally treated unfairly and that happens presently in this capitalist society and it shouldn’t. The video makes this point as well, we have natural rights, but also have responsibilities. I think the video makes a point enough to say we have no right to take from another. That some do doesn’t invalidate the video, it makes all that more clear what is right and what is wrong.
