    It’s the catholic sex scandals and religious militia fanatics that are waking a few people up to the pitfalls of a religious government. Sometimes some good can come out of evil.

    rofl-copter, this is very obvious. in a pluralistic society, u cant justify a viewpoint by saying “the bible says this”. u can hold that view, but u need to explain it in a very secular manner. otherwise there is no room for debate. i wonder what old solomon will have to say about this. i miss him and his crazy ways, he really grows on ya.

    I do not know that the result in the quote is any more than one sect being suspicious of the other.

    Probably the slight majority mentioned is fractured into liberal churches not wanting conservative churches to hold sway and vice versa.

    Alavi, regarding your fondness for the troll, well, he may grow on you but so does a wart.

    Evidence or proofs of Gods existence is actually not a need at all.Its a sure thing.If you have doubts, ask this yourself.
    Do you need proofs or evidence that Death will come to you?
    Is death a sure thing too?
